• The parents should make flight arrangements

• Once your child arrives at the airport, our staff will provide airport pickup and drive to the dorm/house

• Also, after the camp, we will provide drop-off at the airport and assist them with check-in and luggage

• Once the student goes through the security/ departure gate, we cannot accompany your child

• If your child is traveling with a cellphone, we will call them to check if they have arrived at the boarding gate successfully

• And Herim staff will be on standby at the airport until the flight has departed.

• If you are a traveling minor, we suggest prearranging the minor traveling service with your airline beforehand

• Please do not change or make flight arrangements without talking to the director first. It is very important!
